Went in just to look at a couple bikes, Chris was patient and showed me every bike I wanted to see and even had to pull some from the back for me. he then got me a helmet for a test ride and even had one for my wife, but she chose not to go. Actual sales experience was great, just cut straight to the bottom line of what my offer was and we were able to make a deal. Had to wait a little while for all the paperwork to get ready, apparently the normal guy was off and the lady who helped us out had never done it before. Even with the wait everyone was nice and accommodating, and explained everything very thoroughly. In the end I got the bike I had been wanting for two years and Greenmount Road Harley Davidson got a new loyal customer.

It was meant to be! My husband had bought a Super Glide Monday while I was at work. By Thursday and Friday I was scouring the net to find one for myself. I happened upon the website of GreenMountRdHD and there it was...a Yellow Pearl Super Glide! My husband bought a Chrome Yellow Super Glide. I called and spoke with Rob. We were supposed to be going to Moberly Missouri this weekend and I didn't see how we would have the time to stop to look at the bike. We slept in and started late. Arrived in O'Fallon at 10 minutes after 9, just after they opened. Was greeted at the the door by Rob and he knew it was us because of my Kentucky accent! lol Looked at the bike, sat on the bike, bought the BIKE!!!!

I wanted to give a atta boy to Roger, Tyler and ESPECIALLY Andrew in parts. I live literally 8 miles from another dealer. And I drive the hour plus over there to you guys. Almost every week. They always answer my dumb questions and are great about getting me ther stuff I need(Uh want) LOL. But this week I hatched a crazy plan. To take off for a week, 10 days, a month. Who knows how long. And go out and ride with Adam and Scooter from Scootin America. Only one problem. I recently sold my bagger. Which left me with a Dyna Wide Glide as my only option for this crazy trip. Not a problem. Talked to Andrew on Monday morning. And told him what I was up to. And yesterday I picked up the sissy bar bag and other stuff I need to make the trip. I cannot tell you how many times I have special ordered stuff in the last few months. Since I bouth this wide glide. And every time has been great. A couple of the ladies are very outgoing about helping with buying clothes and I like that. We broke down 50 miles out of town, we had to be towed in. The dealer closes at 7 pm. We were met by Jenny Frieze herself, and a crack team waiting for us! I just purchased a used bike from Frieze and had a couple issues after having it for nine days. Before I get to the issues I want to say I knew the bike would need a new rear tire soon. I only rode my bike 4 days for a total estimate of 450 miles. Even though it was used I did not expect to have any issues that soon. My rear rotor was bad and the part was around $123.00. I went up to the service department to have them checkout the bike. They agreed the rotor was bad and needed to be replaced. The tech also noticed a knock in the motor. I was really upset because like I said I only has the bike 9 days. The service dept said I would need to talk to Larry because I didn't feel I should have to pay for the bike to be fixed even though it was used because I only had it for nine days. I asked Larry if I bought the tire I knew it needed would he replace the $123.00 rotor for free. He stood by his word so thank you Larry. They also found out that the knock was happening because the compensator nut was loose they also fixed that and it was covered by the ESP. Overall I am very happy with the service I was given. Also considering they were swamped because bike week they still only had my bike for 9 days sounds like a lot but their shop was packed with bikes that had appointments. So THUMBS UP to you guys at Frieze!

Criticize in private; Praise in public, so the saying goes. Well, heres some public praise for your Service Department folks. I made an appointment to have my Softail throttle cables replaced today, Friday, June 7th. Per your Service Departments recommendation I brought my Harley into Frieze on Thursday morning to leave it overnight so the cables could be replaced Friday morning. When I mentioned that a Patriot Guard Riders mission just popped up for Friday, the Service Department rep (SORRY, I didnt catch his name) said hed try to work it in that day. Honestly I wasnt expecting his call later that afternoon saying the cycle was ready for pick up. Thanks to the Service Department guys I was able to ride to the PGR mission in Murphysboro. So, please pass my heartfelt thanks to your Service Department Team.

I am emailing and sorry this is late to make a COMPLIMENT.A few weeks ago I was looking for a place to air up a rear tire in the Hummer Limo I was driving and I pulled up to your place and saw a guy in back. I asked him if he could air the tire up for me. the thank you is because you guys had closed for the evening and he took the time to do a small gesture for me. People now days forget to take that extra step to say thanks and jump on it to complain. Again, please thank him for doing a small act of kindness.

I recently purchased a 2010 Dyna Wide Glide from Stanley at Frieze. I had a great experience. I was not rushed with my decision or felt pressured to purchase like at some other places. They ended up giving me a good deal on my trade in and a good deal on the Dyna. Over all it was a great experience and I would recommend Frieze to any friend or family member. My name is Steve McAdams. Two friends and I just returned home after an 8 day motorcycle trip from Philadelphia to St. Louis on Route 50, returning home on a southern route. On the third day of our trip (June 22) my 2002 Electra Glide Classic began to sputter and lose power. The problem was intermittent and I suspected a batch of bad gas. After a bottle of gas treatment, it did not improve, rather got progressively worse as the day wore on. Sitting in the 95 degree F traffic jam waiting to cross Eads bridge into St Louis, I was afraid the bike would stop running altogether. After locating our hotel I searched the internet for the closest Harley dealer. I called the first dealer to pop up on Google and the service writer said he had a packed schedule the next day (Sat) and would find it difficult to assist me. Fortunately for me my next call connected me to Tim at your dealership. He was there late for your Friday night Bike event. He said to come in the morning and someone would help me. My bike mysteriously ran fine during the 16-mile trek to OFallon, and I was second in line at the service bay door. In front of me was a gentleman who had an appointment for crash bars to be installed. He said I was at the right place for quality service. At 8:30, the door opened and a service writer approached to see how he could help. He introduced himself as Christian and thus began my adventure at Frieze Harley Davidson. Sitting on the outside bench in the cool shade it soon became clear that many others thought this was the place to be. One customer came by to talk as he waited for his service to be completed. He said that Tim was my tech and that was good for me. The gardener overheard that comment and confirmed that Tim was good. 2 and half hours later Tim approached to explain what had been done to my bike. The intermittent problem was broken wires to my front injector that were touching on and off as I moved the handlebars. Not easy to diagnose, but apparently a common problem for 2002 Electra Glides. My fuel check valve was also non-functioning, explaining the fuel smell I had experienced. Whether or not this problem has been brewing in the 4 years Ive owned this bike, I can truly say it has never run this well. It has more power, is getting better gas mileage, and accelerates from low RPMs better than ever. It also starts instantly, something it has never done before, despite being serviced at my local dealership several times. It was a delight to continue the 1,500 + miles home after the repair was made. Additionally, the cost of the repair was lower than I was expecting to pay. I have always heard about the way Harley dealers take care of their customers, which was one reason I purchased a Harley. I truly experienced this for myself at your dealership. The stress of a mechanical breakdown while traveling is enormous, however mine was diminished to the lowest possible level due to the superior service and treatment I received. It wasnt until later riding down the road that I noticed my fuel tank was full and my windshield was completely bug-free. What a pleasant surprise! Please accept and relay my sincere thanks to Christian, Tim, and the guy who wiped down my bike. The entire experience was better than I could have imagined. I will tell this story for a long time and hope that any traveler who has a problem near St. Louis will find your dealership.

On 05-27-12 my wife and I were stranded on the side of the road 20 miles north west of Alton Illinois. By time I got my bike towed to your store it was ten minutes after it was closed. I called ahead and spoke with Steve. Steve assured me he would wait for me to arrive and attempt to fix my bike. Steve worked on my bike for two hours and was able to get me back on the road. Steve was two hours late for a family trip to the lake just to help me out. I know this because I overheard him on the phone. I can't say enough it enough, but he needs a raise!

I recently bought a new street glide from Frieze HD and was amazed how above and beyond the people at Frieze treated me while I was there. I'm from St.Louis and really wanted to buy from a local dealer. I called around to local dealers first to see who was going to give me the best deal for my trade in and the most bang for my buck. All were pretty close in what they would do for me. I soon found out that saying and doing is a different story. What started out to be a fun experience turned quickly into a bad memory. I then called Frieze and got with Mike in sales and he convinced me to come out there. Mike met me in the parking lot and from that point on was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had!! After Mike welcomed me to Frieze I was then introduced to the owner who took the time to make sure that I was OK and to make sure I was going to be taken care of. Everything they did from that point on was to make me feel welcome and like part of the Frieze family. Everyone who I dealt with at Frieze was great including Robert McFarland who helped me put my bike together the way I wanted it. His patience and willingness to help make my bike the way I wanted it was outstanding!! Even after I got my bike the service continued when I had to leave my bike, Mike drove me and my daughter home so I would not have to get someone to drive out there at night to get us.This also was at closing time when I know Mike had his own family thing's to take care of.Drive the extra miles to get to frieze St. Louis.

I bought my first Harley Davidson from Frieze and can't say enough good things about them. My salesman walked through all the bikes I looked at and came to a decision which one was best for me. After purchasing the bike the sales was flawless and hooking me up with insurance and extended warranty was fast. I purchased my 2009 1200XLC sight unseen off the phone, and faxed over what I wanted on my bike. I went to sign on the paperwork, and this is the first time I actually got to lay eyes on and throw a leg over my new Harley. Wow, was I impressed, it was as if Dale was in my head and picked the right bike for me, this bike completely fit me like it was custom built for me. I didn't feel like riding it for the first time while it was raining, so I waited a few days to pick it up, brought my wife, the ladies were so very helpful with the helmets and fitting. I would recommend everyone to come out and meet the staff,see the huge gorgeous showroom, and the waiting area. 100% the best sales experience I personally have ever had.

I would like to thank you all there at the dealership. I broke down at the Jack in the Box at exit 14 on I-64 on August 6 2009. I thought that I would be there over night. Zach picked up me and my Ultra there. He was very nice and very cordial. When we got back to dealership was expecting to lay over but the manager came out and asked questions then told Zach to tell Frank to look at my bike. Frank took time to check out the problem immediately. Frank got my Ultra going in just a few minutes, being a long way from Canton, Ga I really appreciated the time Frieze H-D took for me. The staff is wonderful in every department.Whenever the wife and I are shopping in the area we stop in. The ladies working in motorclothes always find time to help my wife find the shirt/size/color/ect. that she just can't leave the dealership without. The parts dept. has always got the part I need or willing to get the books out and hunt it down and order it. When I go in just to do some window shopping I don't get hassled or followed around. We can buy clothes and parts anywhere the staff make you feel at home and have EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Well, I finally purchased my first Harley and I couldn't have had a better experience. I purchased the pre-owned '92 FXDC and from the time I first walked in your door, to the night I got to drive it home, I was treated with the utmost professionalism as enthusiasm from the entire staff. Larry my salesman went to great lengths to answer all my questions and facilitate a smooth transaction. Roger in the parts department was of great help in answering questions and assisted my wife when she surprised me with a new windshield for the new bike. The ladies in apparel had smiles on their faces and were very nice when Larry introduced me to "the ones Ill be spending most of my time with". I was on my way home from a sales meeting in St. Louis and just beat the rush hour traffic over the bridge and saw your billboard ad off the interstate. Within 5 minutes my transmission linkage on my 2003 Ultra Classic came off when I had to slow down for the road work. I was able to tape it in place until I got your facility. It was around 6:00 when I got there and was afraid you all were not open later than that. I met Micki at your service desk and told her my problem. She talked to Frank, we got the part from the parts dept. and he immediately installed the new linkage. In the mean time, Micki contacted the HD extended warranty department and it was covered under the plan, except for the standard deductible charge. Fantastic service. I was back on the road in an hour and was home by 12:30 that night.

I purchased my '05 Heritage Softail in May 05 from Frieze HD and I absolutely love the RIDE. It sure is a much better ride for a 5'0" female than my '883 Hugger Sportster. It has a much lower center of gravity and much easier to handle with lots more power. Girls need power! :) If you're debating about whether to get a Sporster or a bigger bike - GO BIGGER!! Girls really can handle the bigger bikes. It s not about strength - it's about learning the techniques to ride just like the guys. If I can ride a big 'ole Softail - so can you. I absolutely believe that Frieze HD welcomes you as part of our awesome HD family! You will not only enjoy your new & bigger ride but you will gain a whole new extended family that just loves to Ride and Have Fun! Don't forget to join our local Belleville HOG Chapter too. I just wanted to say thank you to your parts department and your service department. I was traveling back from Sturgis and I seen that I needed a rear tire immediately it was 4 oclock in the afternoon in your parts department the lady went out of her way to find me a tire and your service department I was able to get me in quickly and get me out before they closed. Im so grateful to their expertise and professionalism in doing so it was on a Saturday afternoon and there were no other dealerships close enough as well as none would be open on Sunday I wouldve been stuck without their concern for my safety and getting me back on the road.
